Boarding is any overnight stay while you go on vacation or out of town for any period with the option to add additional services (pet perks) that best accommodate you and your pet.

While your pet boards with us, we will give them the belongings that you bring for them, toys, beds, blankets, as well as their food and water. We will take them out to use the restroom 4 times and tidy up their room multiple times throughout the day. If you would like for your pet to get additional time outside of their room to stretch their legs, get energy out, or challenge their brain, it would be an additional service or pet perk.

With all first-time pets, it may take time for them to become comfortable in their new environment. They may be nervous for the first day or so but tend to open and become less anxious with time and experience. Patience is key!

Yes! We have refrigerators and microwaves to accommodate all your pet's feeding needs.

To better accommodate all our guests, we will be implementing a holiday cancellation policy. During designated holiday date ranges, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

We allow pick-ups and drop-offs anytime on weekdays from 7 AM – 7:30 PM and weekends from 8 AM – 7:30 PM. We do offer early/late drop-offs and pick-ups for an additional charge. Contact WagB&B for more information.

Pet perks are additional services you can add to your pet's stay to enhance their visit with us. Pet perks also include our grooming, spa and mobile services to make pet parents' lives easier!

We recommend bringing anything that you are comfortable with your pet having unsupervised and is going to make your pet(s) comfortable i.e. blankets, beds, toys, chews, etc. The only item we will not take is bowls, as we have an abundance of them and would hate to misplace yours. We will take raised feeders for larger breeds or for those used to eating from them.

Pets can almost always board in the same room unless the safety and comfortability of pets is at risk. Weight and behavior of the pets are determining factors.

No age restrictions, however, if we feel their health may be put at risk at our facility and they would be more comfortable at a vet, we will ask you to board your pet at their vet.

While we spend most of our days cleaning and sanitizing our facility and taking many precautions to prevent sickness, just as a child at daycare, viruses can spread during high volume seasons.

These vaccines must be up to date and in the animal's system for at least 48 hours before coming into the facility if previously expired:

• Dogs: Bordetella, Rabies, and DHPP
• Cats: FVRCP and Rabies
• Pocket Pets: Any state law required vaccines

To attend daycare and socialize with other pets, we require all males over the age of 7 months to be neutered and unspayed females must be out of heat cycles. If your male or female do not meet these requirements, we are still able to care for your pet.

Yes! We have trained shift leads who are able to give your pet any medication they need.

If kittens are up to date on their FVRCP and Rabies and puppies are up to date on their Bordetella, Rabies, and have their annual vaccination of DHPP, they are allowed to come! Puppies must be at least 16 weeks of age.

Yes, your dog can still catch canine cough even if they are vaccinated. The Bordetella vaccine does not completely prevent every strain of kennel cough, but it does reduce the severity of symptoms and risk greatly should a dog become infected.

We groom all breeds of dogs and cats. We have a trained groomer who specializes in breed-specific cuts.
