Late Pickup & Holiday Policy
Our last scheduled pick-up is at 7:30 PM. Pick-ups after this time require advance arrangement and are subject to an additional fee.
For holiday boarding stays, customers must pay for 50% of their reservation total if they cancel their holiday reservation within 48 hours of the day before, the day of, or the day after the holiday. Please contact us for any questions.
